Who Is A Libra?
Libra’s are those that are born within a certain time span among the 12 month calendar. However, sometimes there is a discrepancy to what that date is. That is why this post was born.
There are some that think it is September 24 – October 23. Than there are those that say September 23 – October 22 is the correct date span. I actually was quite curious about this as well. So which is it?
Well, the answer I have found that makes the most sense is as follows:
It depends on where you are. For example, if the Sun moves into a sign at 5 pm on the 23rd and you’re born in Hawaii, it will start the morning of the 23rd. If you live in New Zealand or China, it will start the morning of the 24th. Time/date is based on Universal/Greenwich time.
